In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Outstanding in every way. Firstly -- and a rarity -- they are able to take orders from abroad. Secondly, and more importantly, the flowers thrilled our friend in the US. (No small thing (as she knows and loves her flowers.) Indeed, the image she sent us looks every bit as good as the shop's sale photo. That, too, is a rarity. Top marks!

Once again, the flowers I ordered from Duran's exceeded my expectations! I started using Durans's several years ago to send flowers to family in Pasadena when another high end local florist started charging ridiculous prices for arrangements that were less quality than Duran's. So happy Duran's continues to deliver a high quality designer product without fleecing the customer.
