Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered online at Duran's late the night before this needed to be delivered. I called the next morning and spoke to Lulu, who was very helpful with getting the order together. Though the website said same day delivery, I knew it wasn't guaranteed. Since this was needed by 10:00am the next morning for a Memorial Service, I didn't think it would make it. Not only did it arrive in time, but my sister took a picture of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend Duran's to anyone, for the kind and professional service they provided, as well as the lovely arrangement. Happy, satisfied customer!
